BK abre espaço publicitário para pequenos restaurantes

O Burger King da França já havia convidado o público a visitar outros estabelecimentos afetados pela pandemia (leia e veja aqui).

Agora, a rede de fast food e a agência Buzzman estão permitindo que pequenos restaurantes independentes façam publicidade gratuitamente na conta do anunciante no Instagram, na campanha "#WhopperAndFriends".

Até o dia 21 de janeiro de 2021, o BK vai parar de postar imagens de seus sanduíches e fritas no Instagram para destacar os itens do menu, endereços e promoções de outros restaurantes, com o intuito de aumentar a visibilidade dos pequenos negócios locais.

"There’s Bocamexa’s tacos, Loumi’s salads, Popote’s blanquette, Fufu’s ramens, La Pasta Tinto’s pastas, Oceanoza’s sushis. In short, there are specialities from thousands of restaurants that deserve to be as famous as the Whopper. So, we decided to stop posting our burger pics and to make our Instagram account available to all of these restaurants. Until they can open again, they will be able to advertise here, for free", informa o Burger King, em anúncio.
